Broadband Quality Tool

Just wondering, the program won't accept Canadian Postal Codes, so I have to use an American Zip Code, could that be the reason it is not working for me???

So it's not just me.....Daddy & I are experiencing the same thing...

 

I want the report so that I can prove to my provider that they are cheating me on the downloading, thus freezing on my streaming....

I've ran this program on a couple computers. I get no report, log, whatever.

 

I downloaded from Y's link on the 27th. Been running it since. Just stopped it. So after 5 and 1/2 days, with (supposedly) test run every hour... no reports, logs, whatever. Here is what the folder looks like:

Just re-downloaded and re-installed and it's just not working...I've let it run for considerable time (over 2 hrs) and no status, no reports, nada... :(

Give it another try and let me know if the issue continues.

 

The developer has thanked you all for pointing this out and has found and removed the "bugs" causing it.

It's working here.

 

You will see the charting in the tool itself and the log files will be located at the "hidden" directory:

 

C:\Program Data\ PCPitstop\BroadbandQuality

Just one more thing:

 

I have been running the Broadband Quality Took, since October 7th, in the Status Portion of the Program it is continuing to run and track the Broadband Quality, however, in the Reports section it has only done reports for two days, October 7th and October 8th, it did not show the report for October 8th....

The log file certainly had shown the October 8th run.

 

Is the reporting section reporting all of the other dates up to 10/12/2016?

The "Reporting" section shows Reports for only 2 dates, October 7th and October 8th...it does not show any "Reports" for October 9th through October 12th....
