PC runs really slow now and i dont know why?

Hi guys, my pc has been really laggy lately and i dont understand why? it lags in video games and when im on my homescreen and when im doing anything really. I do have Bullguard antivirus. and not much programs,i thought i had and ok pc... and i also ran Norton PC Checkup and it found nothing. Here are my specs:

Try www.wisecleaner.com it has a few tools that might come in handy. also www.iobit.com amd download the advanced system care only. i never use the registry cleaner as i find it unreliable.

* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.

Are you primarily seeing these slowdowns and lags when you are online?

If so, then the culpret most likely is the wireless connection that you are using.

If this is the case, then be sure to stop bit-torrent from auto-loading at start up to regain the bandwidth being used.
