Possible Bot Infection [HiJack This Log]

Recommended Posts

I received an e-mail from my ISP (which can be seen in the screenshot below). I then looked at the active connections and noticed that none were "real" IP addresses. My second concern is that I connect to multiple servers via RDP (Remote Desktop) and if they too could get infected?

Hi nelby,

Please upload the following file to my submission channel for analysis. Leave a link back to this topic.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\orbit.exe

Thanks!

Then download DDS and save it to your desktop.

  • Disable any script blocking protection
  • Double click dds.scr to run the tool.
  • When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
    • DDS.txt
    • Attach.txt
  • Save both reports to your desktop.
Please include the contents of both logs in your next reply. The scan will instruct you to post the attach log as an attachment. No need for that though ..... just post it as you would any other log.
