Just looking at the PDF (maybe the video explains, but I can't watch it now), where is Microsoft listed twice on page 4? And on page 8, what is the difference between Windows backup and Microsoft?

Hi Cowboy,

 

Microsoft has two anti spyware products. The more popular is Windows Defender, and the other one is their new one called Live Scanner.

 

The difference between the two on the backup side is there Windows Backup product and their new Windows One Care. Windows One Care is actually a bundle of products that includes backup, defragmentation, anti virus and anti spyware. I believe that Windows One Care is replacing Windows Backup.
