Hi Ian, I editted your e-mail addy in your post, no sence in being vulnerable to spam-bots as well. Use care when posting an email addy on the web ;)

Take David's post to heart and run some scans to insure that your rig is not sending your own information out to the spammers.

Adaware SE

Spybot Search and Destroy

Might be a good idea to run a couple of online virus scans as well,

http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Looks like you have been infected with a trojan/virus that is attempting to turn your computer into a spam zombie.

Might want to add Spybot back to the mix for adware/spyware scnners/removers, just make sure that you havce the latest version (1.4).

It won't, as you have the control. You put a check next to delete to remove the e-mail from the server, or bounce, which removes the e-mail and sends a response back to the sender that the address does not exhist.

You then click on Process Mail to recieve those that were not filtered.

So I have to read the emails on mailwasher first to see if I want them, before they goto outlook?

Look at who they're from and the subject titles and base your decisions on that information. My criteria is simple: don't know ya, then bye bye. :santahat:

Patience is the word to live by in the HJT Forum.

They will help. They're busy helping others and will get to you as your turn comes up.
