Will not connect

Guest NewOptimizeUser

After running Optimize, connection will not work. Message keeps coming up saying Remote computer/modem did not respond. After resetting restore point prior to Optimize, connection works fine. What is Optimize doing that would cause this and what can be done while running Optimize to prevent it and still take advantage what the product is offering?

That way we can get a copy of your Optimize log and see what is happening. We don't ask for people to post their logs on the forum because they may include personal data.
