Paid for but wont "Install" either program

Having paid for the program with a credit card, been approved, successfully downloaded program ............... hit "Install" and program met with an error and will NOT "Install". I was forced to "Abort" the installation.

I am NOT a software engineer .....................

I think I would rather have my money back.

Sounds like you may be talking about Optimize? If so, you were probably already running the application and got an "error 5" indicating that it couldn't replace the file you were already running. If that is the case, just take the license key from the email you received and run Optimize using the link in the Start menu. When you get to the license screen just enter the license key there.

 

Give the application a try and see if you like it, if not visit our customer service page and you can get your money back.
