  1. For most of the time I'm on my laptop ""File execution blocked" repeatedly flashes, so fast that I cab't read anything beyond the title. It's very annoying. What can I do to stop this? Thanks for your kind assistance.
  2. Super Shield is disabled when I am on my home page. When I click to enable nothing changes.
  3. This is a new problem on my machine. I've been running PC Matic for years and I've been running CompanionLink for almost as long. With Super Shield enabled, the CompanionLink background service will not exchange calendar entries with Gmail. Also, the CompanionLink management application will not open. PC Matic is silent about preventing CompanionLink from running; no override dialog is shown as is done with other applications; there is no chance to add CompanionLink to the white list. This sounds similar to the Netflix problem that was posted in August, but My problem did not occur until a few weeks ago in November. Thank you for any help you can give me. Bob
  4. After the latest Windows 10 upgrade (1703), many found that the Netflix app from the MS store stopped working. It could be selected, it would appear momentarily and then disappear. I learned that if I turned off Super Shield, the Netflix app would work. However, there is no way to enter it into the 'white list'. Super Shield does not give me the opportunity to "ALLOW" it even though I have Prompt For Override in the Block Notification Method. Anyone have a suggestion of how to get around this without stopping Super Shield? 5. Super Shield is suddenly blocking access to a program I use all the time. This has not happened previously. Any suggestions?
