  2. So, I'm trying to learn C#, and to do so I have been using Microsoft Visual Studio to create applications. When I go to run the application however, PC Matic gives the pop up to have me either allow or deny it. This isn't a huge issue, but it really slows down troubleshooting. I have already tried hitting Always Allow, but it still appears every time I go to run the application. Is there a way I can simply just white-list the folder so anything that runs from it will be ignored? Thanks.
  3. My PC stops getting internet connection at 8:00 pm every day, i asked my dad if he put a parental control on my internet to shut off at a certain time and even called the service provider for help and they said they can't help me after a diagnosis because its a problem in my computer. i've checked countless forums and haven't found anything like this. when i try to look something up it says my connection timed out. I also checked something that showed the connection going out right after it gets to my computer. The connection before 8 is completely fine though. I don't know if this is unrelated but, sometimes the computer doesn't recognize the LAN cable in the port, and doesn't light up, but after unplugging from both sides and plugging back in multiple times it works. please help

  7. Watch Live TV on your PC w/ RtmpGUI and VLC

Internet tv is something that is desired intensely today. With people getting access to high speed broadband and 3G, Internet TV has become a possibility. Right, so we have Internet TV but what about the drawbacks? Suppose you’re watching a match on ESPN online, and suddenly you feel that you should check out the new ‘Dexter’ episode and then you feel like watching ‘Supernatural’. What do you do then? I am sure you won’t search Google wildly for live streams of these shows with billions of popup ads in the way! We need to find a good solution, and rtmpGUI does look like one. For more information and instructions http://www.thegeeksc...-pc-rtmpgui-vlc download http://www.filehippo.com/download_vlc/ Note: exclusive for Windows
