  6. Unsubscribe from All Email Lists at Once With Unroll.me Does Unroll.me Work With All Email Providers? Since it’s still a pretty new service, Unroll.me doesn’t work with every single email provider in existence right now. At this time, only Gmail, MSN, Yahoo and AOL are compatible, but you can sign up with Unroll.me to be notified when more email service providers are added. It’s free to use, but after you press the minus sign on more than a few email list subscriptions, you’ll be asked to promote the service by tweeting a link, posting it to Facebook, or send out an email if you want to unsubscribe from more lists. Some people may find it annoying to send out the tweet or Facebook post or email, but the least you can do is help promote it for being such an awesome (and very helpful) free service at this point. https://unroll.me/
  7. Thanks for reply,so no point anymore in posting in that segment...shame,always went there first...Oh well such is life
  8. Re the above, the latest link I can find is April 2011...surely that can`t be correct,...or has this contribution from members been discontinued...thanks

    Unchecky

This is a nice little program to have. Prevent unwanted installations. You should always choose custom install and read each screen very carefully during the installation of any program but Unchecky can be an additional layer of protection. This is a newer program and does not detect everything but shows promise. Have you ever felt, while installing software, that the installer tries to push additional unwanted programs at all cost? Ever missed a checkbox, and spent hours afterwards removing adware? Ever opened your browser after an installation, only to find out that you have a new homepage, a new search engine, or even a new browser? Unchecky aims to keep potentially unwanted programs out of your computer. http://unchecky.com/

  14. Microsoft used to sell a program called Mathematics. Now it is offering it for free. This is a very capable program that can solve equations, draw graphs, do calculus, and more. It's perfect for students and those who encounter math problems. If you don't need it yourself, be sure to send the link to your children and/or grandchildren. It's an amazing program with a free price tag. The old Microsoft Mathematics program used to sell for big dollars. Now Microsoft is giving it away - no costs and no strings attached. They have even introduced a new version for 2011. While Mathematics is aimed at students, it is also great for anyone that does math calculations, including realtors, construction personnel, etc. http://www.microsoft.com/education/ww/products/Pages/mathematics.aspx
