  2. why did my post get delted, did i do/say somthing wrong? or where you just cleaning up? give my till t/m eaving (uk time) to read this your reply if you are just trying to keep this thread small. (before you remove this one,if thats the reason) if not can you tell me what i diid or said please,so i dont repeat it. thank you.
  3. its the little things like reading the troubleshooting page that i missed  explians why i could never get the new test to work and have allways had to use the old stlye test. sorry it was late and i was tired, thanks for pointing me in the right direction. i dont have java installed hence why the new test didnt work. i delted the active x then rebooted this morning, then went to the old test page it worked fine but didnt ask me to install the active x again? i delted i via search & destroys tools if i look at add ons i do have a pc pitstop one,bit confused on that one. thanks for your help much appricated that you give up your free time to help others.admin or not still its your time and what you choose to do with it is admirible.unlike some who spend thiers writing things to screw up your machine.you choose to help fix problems not make them.props.

  8. "I always install O&O Free Edition " theres not much on my drive,is this program really going to make that much differnce than just useing the built in defragger?
  9. ufortunally you might hear from me again, alought i hope not. i did install spybot&destroy, malware bytes, and webroot (av and malware) i set the sheilds up so there is a lot less chance off reinfection. i did set up auto scans but if she has the comp tured off when the scans are due, then i know they wont be run. knowing my ex she wont update or run any scans. i will get the chance to look every two weeks so there i should get the chance to update/scan the only thing i didnt do before she colected it today was delte rst.exe (will do when i see my daughter) the rest ie delte temp files cookies ect i did do. when my daughter next comes over i will educated her more and that should be the end off it,until then good luck in life and best wishes.
