  1. Both - Asus P7P55 WS LGA 1156 Intel P55 Express CHP Set / P6T LGA 1366 Intel X58 CHP Set, run the same CPU. I understand one is double channel the other is triple channel. I will tell you what I am doing with it I need to run 3-4 pretty active programs open at once. Finger print processor searches when scanned DB, cash register, camera picture DB, and a searchable scanned document database, as well as an Excel DB. Thanks Gary

  3. Bruce, you hit it right on the head it boils down to how valuable is the data and if you have an adequate and trustworthy back up solution. I did'nt and it is BIZ, and the Data was extremely valuable and so this one will not be raid and we will see what happens I can always change it. However as we all KNOW you can never recover it? Hey thanks you guys I needed to hear it from somebody else. I am sure I will be using this forum more often. Thanks again. Gary R.
  4. I have a lot of machines and all of them have WD Raptor 150 GB Drives they are all Raid0. I am in the middle of another build when I found myself in a little dilemma. Which build is really faster, out of the box a Raptor is 1.5 Gb/s, 16 MB Cache, 10,000 RPM, ok the MB has 3GB/S SATA so would it be faster not to Raid? or would it be the same either way? Thanks Gary R.
  5. I started Logmein when they first came out, and have had problems ever since. I went through the BLACK SCREEN issues. I wrote yesterday and asked if they had all the BUGS worked out well I got the answer I figured them to say and I found it was not honest. Therefore needless to say I did not put it on my company PC yet I put it on the one I am building and low and behold I was glad I did because I got the Proverbial BLUE DEATH SCREEN?? So it has made me really think how good is this program everybody is raving about. I would like to know your thoughts on the subject. I am running Asus Extreme Striker MB, eGforce 8800-GTS 640MB x2 Video Cards, 5 Raptors 150 Raid 0, Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q6600 2.40GHz 1066MHz, The only software is Vista and the hardware musts no Fluff here though no games no add ons for vista or IE this is being built for a main data base and I want to access it from home and I have heard a lot of good about LOGMEIN but boy it does not want to work for me? any suggestions anybody with some knowledge? Thanks All Gary
