  1. Hello, I recently reinstalled the PC Matic software on my PC after doing a reinstall of the OS, and all of a sudden, I notice that the ad blocker extension is no longer in my browser. I checked the extensions just to make sure it wasn't just disabled and there was nothing there. I tried reinstalling the software multiple times, still nothing.
  2. I was wondering if there is any possible way to remove PCs from PC Matic that HAVE been scanned within the last 60 days before that time period comes around? I heard that if a certain PC has been on the license for 90 or more days then you can, but there are 2 PCs on my license that are no longer in use, but they have been scanned within the last two months, and not on the license for 90 days, and I can't add a current PC in use because the non use ones are just using up the license.
  3. Hello, Just recently, I have been experiencing the problem of the PC Matic software not running scans when I have them scheduled. I have a quick scan set for Friday at 4:00 AM every week and it has never run. I don't know if it's just because my PC is usually in a sleep mode state at that time or what. I recently reinstalled Windows on my PC and before the re-installation, it seemed to be running the scans around 9 AM. I have tried scheduling the scan for a time when my PC is typically on and being used. I set it for 12:00 PM on a Saturday and it still didn't run at the scheduled time. Does the scan not start right away or is there something wrong with my installation of the software? Please let me know. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Charles
  4. Everytime I boot up my computer and PC Matic turns on, I get the error message saying "InfoCenter has stopped working". Can someone please tell me how I can fix this?

SuperShield blocking Windows 10 Netflix App

Hello, Just an update on what's happening with this. Netflix now seems to be working correctly even with SuperShield on.

SuperShield blocking Windows 10 Netflix App

So I found out something weird about this problem. If I temporarily disable SuperShield for say 10 minutes and open the Netflix app, I am able to use it fine. Then after those 10 minutes and the Super Shield re-enables itself, Netflix still works and doesn't crash if I still have it open. But once I close it and try to re-open the app, it crashes.

SuperShield blocking Windows 10 Netflix App

I am not using an insider build of Windows. I am using the latest version that is available from Microsoft. And the app will open and work correctly if I disable SuperShield. Y kawika said I can go to the Netflix website and bypass the app? How do I do that?

SuperShield blocking Windows 10 Netflix App

I tried this but I don't get any pop-ups or options to allow the program. The app just closes.
  9. Hello Sorry if I posted this in the wrong category. But I recently installed and scanned my computer using the SuperShield option from PCMatic. It all went well except when it was doing the scan, it must've thought the Netflix app on my computer was a malicious software. I reinstalled Netflix just in case there were any corrupted files that were causing it to do this. I still had the same problem. It causes the app to simply close right away every time I attempt to open it. And it doesn't give me any notification saying that it stopped a program that was potentially malicious. So in order to use it, I have to turn off SuperShield which I don't want to do. Is there any way I can whitelist the app? I tried doing what they said in the forum below, but I don't get any blocking screen or any option to allow the program. It just simply doesn't let me use it. I appreciate any help with this matter. Thanks, Charles
