I am not sure what I did but, the taskbar is now on the left-hand side of my screen and, I cannot seem to drag it back down to where it should be (at the bottom of the screen). This is frustrating lol

Would anyone have any ideas?

Try this, in an empty spot on the task bar right click and see if there is a check-mark next to "Lock the task bar". If so uncheck it and then move the task bar down where you want it.

Daniel 5:23 Instead, you have set yourself up against the Lord of heaven. --- You praised the gods of silver and gold, of bronze, iron, wood and stone, which cannot see or hear or understand. But you did not honor the God who holds in his hand your life and all your ways.

also, you may be able to right click the task bar and select Properties, and there may be a "Taskbar location on screen" drop down box with selections to choose from

And, by these choices, define ourselves. ~Richard N. Patterson
