Just found out that my laptop has trojan.0access on it. I tried to delete it but everytime I reboot, it pops up all over again. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance!

More information would be nice, like what Operating System (XP, Win 7, Vista), do you already have any Antimalware programs, etc... How did you find this Trojan? :geezer:

Trojan.0access is a Rootkit ...Please read what a Rootkit is and does: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rootkit
I don't recommend trying to clean up a computer with a Rootkit infection. A wipe and clean install of the OS would be the way to go here.
