I'm using Windows XP, Service Pack 3, and Internet Explorer 8. If I click on Tools and Manage Add-Ons, I see a number of categories and then five items listed as Not Available. Does anyone have any information on Add-Ons that are listed as Not Available? I'm wondering why they are there and whether they are safe. Here is the list: Research CD67F990-D8E9-11D2-98FE-00C0F0318AFE Diagnose Connection Problems Windows Messenger Discuss The first four are listed as Browser Extensions, while the last item is listed as Explorer Bar. I think most or all of the five items are shown in the Registry under HKLM, Software, Microsoft, Internet Explorer, Extensions. The second item listed as CD67F990-D8E9-11D2-98FE-00C0F0318AFE is basically an empty Registry key and maybe that is why only that long designation is displayed. Thanks for any help, KAWill70
