Any software or online scans I can use to determine what this program is? I have no idea how it got installed on my system but it's listed in add/remove programs list. It doesn't seem to be a virus or any kind of problem. AVG doesn't detect it as a threat either. Just wondering what it is and whether I should remove it or not.

I think I say it best when I say I know nothing at all.

Never heard of it personally, but a google search suggests it's like a research tool:

So try to think of anything you have signed up to or anything to see what this may of been added to while installing something else, but if this is what you have, and you know nothing of it etc then yes definitely uninstall it, biggest question to ask yourself though is how it got there so you can avoid it happening again, hope this helps.
